Только мы говорили о начале подачи коллективного иска против Nikon касательно широкоизвестной проблемы пыли/масла на матрице, как уже есть первые последствия:

Nikon USA и Nikon Canada будут бесплатно устранять проблемы камер Nikon D600 с пылью/маслом на сенсоре  даже после окончания гарантии, включая бесплатную пересылку камер владельцу:

А еще говорят что нет пользы от коллективных исков! :)
Может кто-то ответит на простой вопрос - почему это все нельзя было сделать СРАЗУ после обнаружения проблемы???

Too late Nikon, I sent in the camera to be cleaned, and 6 weeks later got it back. In 2 weeks it was spotting on the sensor again. Sent it back and in 5 weeks got it back.
Finally just sold the 600 my D700 and all lenses and moved to Canon.
If you would have come clean in the first place, things would have gone more smoothly and now, everyone is talking about this.

Class Action Lawsuit.
A term that would make any camera manufacturer tremble in fear.
Lesson:
What was cheaper?
---To replace ALL defective D600's at NO COST
OR
---To delay, spin, ignore, and when finally caught... slug it out in a LAWSUIT costing tens times more?
AND THEN replace the shutters ...
That was a bad call NIKON.
Really bad call.
